Pain de Gênes
Description
Our signature cake. Company founder Fritz Honold brought the recipe for this delicately crumbly almond pastry home from a trip to Genoa years ago. To this day we still prepare it according to the original recipe: it contains nothing but almonds, sugar, eggs and butter.
