Pavés Glacés

Description

Legend has it that one day a worker was laying cobbles (pavés) on Lake Geneva when an icy breeze blew. Tired, he lay down and rested his head on the pavé. He fell asleep and dreamt that the stones were made of chocolate. The result is Pavés Glacés: melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cubes to warm the heart on chilly days.
